Responsibilities
- Processing, preparation, and consolidation of complex data sets
- Continuous development of our Splunk (customer) installations
- Implementation and further development of Splunk apps
- Implementation of dashboards and reports
- Incident management
- Handling of incoming customer inquiries
- 2nd and 3rd level support for customers
- Product training for new customers
Experience and Skils
- Completed relevant degree or vocational training with corresponding experience
- Splunk expertise (certification is an advantage)
- Experience in implementing dashboards and reports
- Knowledge in the administration of Linux systems
- Basic understanding of networking
- Scripting and programming skills (Python, Java, etc.) are an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
