The minimum gross salary (stipulated by collective agreement) for 20 hours per week amounts to € 1.888 per month (14 times)*. The salary will be increased to € 2.832 for 30 hours per week once the dissertation agreement has been signed and sent to the Personnel Department. The salary will be higher if you have worked in a similar position before.

- Unit of Mathematics and Science Education
- 20 hours per week; will be increased to 30 hours per week once the dissertation agreement has been signed
Your tasks:
- Dissertation in the field of physics education research with a focus on climate education
- Independent research in the field of physics education research with a focus on climate education
- Independent teaching
- Supervision of students, scientific publications in the field of physics education research
- Training and professional development
- Administrative tasks
- Completed subject-relevant Master's, Magister or Diplom degree (degree in physics education, physics or equivalent)
- German language skills: C1
- English language skills: B2
- Desired: Teaching experience in the field of physics (school and/or university)
- Desired: Interest in empirical-quantitative physics education research (especially in the field of climate education)
- Desired: Experience with methods of empirical social research
- Please enclose a summary of your research interests (written reflections on your dissertation project, max. 2 pages) with your application
- Ability to work in a team
