Your tasks:

• Independent research work in the field of elementary education
• Independent organisation of courses and holding of examinations
• Supervision of students incl. Supervision of Bachelor's and Master's theses
• Collaboration on research proposals and publications
• Participation in organisational and administrative tasks
• Participation in further education programmes

Your profile:

• Successfully completed doctoral or PhD studies in the field of elementary education
• Excellent knowledge of quantitative research methods
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals and other relevant publications
• German language skills: C1 level according to CEFR
• English language skills: B2/C1
• Very good computer skills
• Experience in the acquisition of third-party funding
• Communication skills, independence, ability to work in a team
