We are seeking a Process Engineer to optimize production processes and support industrialization projects.
Aufgabengebiet
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for high-value components.
- Create and validate machining and assembly methods (turning, milling, welding).
- Define and optimize CNC programming and cutting tool strategies.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation: process sheets, routing, and work instructions.
- Support industrialization of new products and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and ensure quality standards.
- Contribute to complex technical projects and provide clear reporting.
Anforderungsprofil
- Master's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial environments (production, process, or methods engineering).
- Asset : Strong practical knowledge of machining, CNC programming, welding, and industrialization.
- Hands-on experience in production workshops (not purely design office).
- Excellent communication skills in French and English; other languages are a plus.
