What you'll do

• You are responsible for implementing global maintenance programmes, making sure that processes, tools and standards are consistent across all sites
  
• Acting as a trusted advisor, you provide daily support on the usage of SAP-PM and mobile SAP-PM, while also identifying and addressing training needs
  
• Leading innovative digitalisation projects such as IoT sensor integration and predictive maintenance solutions enhances operational excellence
  
• You promote compliance with health, safety and environmental policies, champion safe working practices and maintain high housekeeping standards
  
• Playing a key role in standardising maintenance processes enables performance measurement and continuous improvement, ensuring the smooth running of operations

Who you are

• You possess a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related subject and have several years' experience working in a factory, ideally in a managerial role
  
• Proficiency in SAP-PM and maintenance reliability methods such as FMECA and RCA sets you apart
  
• Your strong knowledge of maintenance safety practices, including LOTO and contractor management, ensures compliance and safety excellence
  
• A proactive mindset and exceptional planning skills enable you to lead change and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  
• You are fluent in English, open to learning additional languages such as French or German, and willing to travel up to 50% of the time to foster collaboration and drive global alignment
