What you'll do

• Shape and streamline business processes in manufacturing by defining detailed target processes and governance in the field of SAP S/4HANA and MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
• Define functional specifications for the future MES to ensure it meets business needs and integrates seamlessly with other systems
• Ensure that processes are scalable, efficient, and adoptable, supporting long-term business growth and operational excellence
• Verify local requirements, adapt processes as needed, and provide hands-on support during go-live activities to ensure successful implementation
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure alignment with SAP standards and maintain seamless interfaces between MES, SAP S/4HANA, and other connected systems

Who you are

• Experienced in manufacturing operations with a background in production or laboratory operations being a plus, and knowledge of SAP systems and/or MES highly appreciated
• Skilled in understanding business processes, data management, and data governance, with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Process-oriented and analytical, with expertise in end-to-end process modeling, data migration, and problem-solving
• Collaborative and communicative, with strong cross-functional skills to effectively bridge different stakeholders and ensure alignment
• Change-ready and adaptable, with the ability to manage organizational change, train colleagues, and drive adoption of new processes
