Your mission

Working with the site construction leadership team and as part of the wider BAM Site Team you will embrace all aspects of Engineering.

Our graduate opportunities offer valuable hands-on experience complimenting your educational knowledge to ensure you are truly prepared for an exciting career in the construction industry.

You will be guided through your Graduate Programme by your manager and colleagues who will endeavour to ensure you have a positive experience, a structured learning framework and mentoring opportunities. You will also gain further support from our various HR departments.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking students who are studying relevant degrees in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Health & Safety within an Irish 3rd level institute.

Placements are mainly site-based and as a result student must be flexible with location, however we will endeavour to offer placements to the student’s preferred location.
