BAM FM is looking for a General Administrator to join the team in our Cork Office.

Making Possible

  • Co-ordination and support of the BAM FM Operations. Act as a first point of contact for support and information on facilities services.
  • Procurement Management: onboarding process, compliance and supporting documentation, site management support and record management.
  • Commercial Support: financial administration tasks.
  • Maintain records: Keep accurate records related to operations..
  • Generate reports: Prepare reports on facility and administrative operations for senior management.
  • Provide administrative support: Offer day-to-day administrative assistance to the facilities team and management.
  • SharePoint Administration.

What do you bring to the role?

  • Experience of working within a fast aced office environment and previous facilities management administration experience is desirable.
  • Excellent interaction, organisation and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
  • Strong communication skills is a must as this is a critical part of the role.
  • Excellent command of the English language and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
