Reporting to the Senior Engineer you are responsible for assisting the effective management of the site from initial stages to the project handover, ensuring projects are completed in a safe and professional manner along with the professional management of sub-contractors. You will be part of the dynamic Engineering department within BAM.

Your mission

Working with the site construction leadership team and as part of the wider BAM Site Team youwill embrace all aspects of Engineering.

Our graduate opportunities offer valuable hands-on experience complimenting your educational knowledge to ensure you are truly prepared for an exciting career in the construction industry.

You will be guided through your Graduate Programme by your manager and colleagues who will endeavour to ensure you have a positive experience, a structured learning framework and mentoring opportunities. You will also gain further support from our various HR departments.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking candidates who are studying a relevant degree qualification in Engineering at an Irish 3rd level institute/university and who has graduated in 2024 or who will graduate in Summer 2025.
