• You develop and test optimization strategies, including segmentation, personalized targeting, and A/B testing.
• You collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and data teams and prepare clear dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• You bring several years of experience in a data or analyst role within a digital, e-commerce, or creator-driven environment.
• You hold a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a comparable field.
• You have strong analytical and statistical skills, including experience with regression, clustering, and data modeling.
• You are proficient with analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• You understand social media analytics, e-commerce principles, online consumer behavior, and the creator economy.
• You communicate insights clearly, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
