For our 4-star superior hotel with excellent cuisine and service, we are looking for a dedicated

(young) cook (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Preparation of dishes for daytime and evening business – from á la carte to themed buffets
• Assistance with receiving and checking goods (incl. ensuring the cold chain)
• Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the workplace
• Compliance with hygiene standards according to HACCP
• Support with the supervision of interns

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d) desirable
• Career changers welcome
• Initial work experience is an advantage – motivated career starters are very welcome
• Knowledge of hygiene guidelines and HACCP standards
• Willingness to work flexibly in all positions in the kitchen
• Personal responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and enjoy working in the kitchen
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Structured and careful working style
