The Jena-based start-up is developing an innovative, AI-supported operating system that works as a digital assistant to help users complete various tasks. Similar to a personal assistant, the AI takes on complex tasks in the background and provides support in areas such as creating emails, presentations, social media or customer support, thereby increasing the productivity of individuals and companies. A total of seven employees are currently working on the launch of the product, which is currently in beta.

• Scaling and deployment of the platform
• Development and implementation of scaling guidelines and architectures in AWS and K8s
• Optimizing and testing the server infrastructure and further developing the backend of the product with Node.js
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing

• Multi-year experience in designing the architecture of web Backends
• Experience in building a scalable infrastructure
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL
• Mentoring and technical leadership
• Knowledge of authentication, locking, load balancing, rate limiting, and multi-node communication systems
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Self-organization and a startup mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Jena, Germany
