Description
The Program Manager (m/f/d) for the Jenbacher Containerized Solutions Platform is a key leadership role within the Product Line Management (=PLM) team. This position combines strategic program management with comprehensive product cost responsibility to ensure a competitive, modular, and industrialized product portfolio that meets current and future market needs.

Your Responsibilities:
- You lead cross-functional NPI execution and serialization across the organization, ensuring alignment with product requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality targets
- You drive modularization and industrialization of containerized solutions, ensuring standardization, scalability, and manufacturability across the Jenbacher portfolio
- You steer and coordinate cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) together with Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Sales, and Service
- You focus on product cost control and transparency for containerized solutions
- You work closely with product line leaders and cost managers to develop and present relevant key figures
- You ensure comparable cost structures and integrate detailed cost analyses into modularization strategies
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in business administration, engineering sciences, or a comparable field
- Experience in project management or an expert role in relevant industries (e.g., combustion engines, power generation, oil & gas)
- Proven track record in leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams
- Professional experience in supply chain, engineering, product management, or project management
- Knowledge of value stream analysis and cost modeling
- Familiarity with INNIO Jenbacher products and networks
- Fluent in English and German
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, willingness to embrace change, and strong analytical thinking
