- Project management on multiple projects in the T6 & Container platform from budgeting, resource planning and scheduling working closely with platform teams & Functional Leaders
- Develops and maintains detailed project Work Breakdown Structures and integrated schedules
- Project execution against pre-defined integrated Engineering schedule from conceptualization until full serial release. Ensure on-time project deliverables, within budget and risk managing (identification, treatment and retirement) aligned with Customer Order deliverables
- Support cross-functional strategies like Multi-Generation-Platform-Plan (MGPP) on our platforms or commercial commodity strategies
- Develop and implement processes and tools which ensure a "best in class” program management
- Facilitates cross functional communication between departments including standard meeting structure to ensure action tracking and issue resolution
- Program & project controlling including reporting to management based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Economics form an accredited university or college
- Good experience in Engineering area or similar jobs
- Project management skills with high technical affinity, analytical thinking & independent working style
- Profound experience of project management in technical complex environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; integrative team working style
- Business fluent in English (verbally and written)
- Affinity for technical and commercial topics to optimize products and processes
- Like working in an international environment and dynamic team
- Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
