Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support software development and validation within the Microgrid Solutions Team at INNIO.

- Enhance the software validation environment for INNIO’s Microgrid control system.
- Develop a model library using Python and MATLAB/Simulink.
- Support continuous integration and automated testing capabilities.
- Scope of work can be tailored to align with the candidate’s expertise and interests.
Your Profile:
- Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related field.
- Educational background and passion for software development (Python, MATLAB).
- Basic understanding of and interest in power system control.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German or the local language is a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in Austria is required. (Non-EU citizens: please attach your work authorization form to your application)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.645,68 gross per month (x 14).
