Area of Topics for Master/Bachelor Thesis:

• Investigate concepts for variant management within our development organization

• Develop solutions for specification management in mechanical or thermodynamic disciplines

• Create concepts for introducing Systems Engineering processes and methods

• Develop approaches for processing Design Guidelines in our Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools

• Explore the use of AI in requirements management

Your Responsibilities:

• Understand existing block diagrams of INNIO Jenbacher systems and subsystems and transfer them into our Model-based Systems Engineering toolchain

• Collaborate closely with Controls, Mechanics, and Thermodynamics teams to develop and test processes, methods, and tools

• Support the team in discussions, scope and concept definitions, and feature design by involving all necessary experts

• Exchange with senior engineers on technical development, gather challenges, and discuss possible solutions

Your Profile:

• Ongoing Bachelor/Master studies in electrical, mechatronic, systems engineering or related fields

• Educational experience in system development and simulation (MBSE, MATLAB, etc.)

• Basic understanding of reciprocating engines and power systems is beneficial

• Passion for system development and a real team player

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.698,59 gross per month (x 14).
