Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and execution of complex commissioning activities for containerized units on R&D test benches.
• Oversee and support the commissioning of pioneering installations requiring advanced R&D expertise.
• Develop and deliver "Train the Trainer” programs for commissioning of new installations, ensuring effective knowledge transfer across teams.
• Drive the creation and continuous improvement of documentation for first-of-its-kind installations, setting standards for future projects.
• Provide expert training and mentorship to R&D test bench personnel, fostering technical excellence and best practices in commissioning.
• Ensure highest product quality by systematically documenting and analyzing issues encountered during commissioning, utilizing FRACAS and Q-Cases to drive corrective actions and process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and project management teams to resolve complex technical challenges and support project success.
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, and innovation throughout all commissioning activities.

Your Profile:

• Technician (Master) / Bachelor / Master degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or similar specialization
• Extensive experience in commissioning, preferably in a senior or lead role within an R&D, service or technical environment
• Deep technical knowledge of containerized energy systems, test bench operations, and commissioning processes
• Proven track record in leading teams, training, and mentoring technical staff
• Strong background in documentation, quality management systems (FRACAS, Q-Cases), and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel as required to support commissioning activities at various locations
