Tasks

• You support clients in leading a self-determined life at home
• You take on the case management and are an important reference person
• You treat wounds professionally and ensure optimal care
• You work closely with internal and external specialist departments

Requirement profile

• Qualified nurse HF with further training in wound care
• Empathy and enjoyment of caring for older people in the home environment
• Motivation for varied and independent tasks
• Good communication skills and interest in coaching employees
• Open to digital work tools and paperless documentation
