Samsung SDI Battery Systems is a global technology leader in e-mobility. Together with our customers in the automotive industry, we develop and test innovative battery systems for automotive applications based on state-of-the-art lithium ion technology.
The technology center of Samsung SDI Battery Systems is located in Kalsdorf, Austria, close to Graz. Samsung SDI is a full-service supplier for lithium ion cells, battery modules and battery packs for all electric vehicles as well as all types of hybrid vehicles.
Your core responsibilities are:
- Plan, coordinate and check Quality activities during product development phase
- Ensure that market and customer quality requirements are met
- Ensure preventive quality measures during product development phase
- Perform Design FMEA moderation and documentation
- Responsible for monitoring of problem resolution process in the program
- Coordination of customers complaints during project development phase
- Contact point of the customer for quality topics
- Tracking, and reporting of quality risks/issues
- Preparing of PPAP documents
What you need is:
- Completed technical education and/or related studies
- Experience in automotive quality management, product development- and manufacturing quality
- Quality methods experienced (FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan, PDCA, 8D, SC/CC …)
- Working experience with FMEA (moderation, documentation) and in product development environment
- Systematic and process-oriented approach, great initiative and sense of responsibility
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,) & Minitab or Statistical tools
- Fluency in English for both verbal and written communication (German skills are considered an advantage)
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10% of working time)
Our offer for you:
With regard to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we offer the following annual gross remuneration (full time/38.5 hours) as a basis for negotiations for this position: EUR 47.600.–
We also offer a market-standard overpayment depending on relevant work experience and qualifications.
