The technology center of Samsung SDI Battery Systems is located in Kalsdorf, Austria, close to Graz. Samsung SDI is a full-service supplier for lithium ion cells, battery modules and battery packs for all electric vehicles as well as all types of hybrid vehicles.

Your core responsibilities are:

• Leadership of the project team, interface to management and customer

• Implementation of the assigned project scope from sample phase into production

• Management of Project timing, prioritization and risks

• Directions, coaching and motivating of the assigned team

What you need is:

• Completed technical education
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Analytical thinking
• Understanding of complex technical correlations and their dependencies
• Collaboration in a teamoriented way in an international setup
• High flexibility and resilience
• Fluency in English
• Readiness for business trips (Including Asia)
• Commercial knowledge and cost controlling for dedicated program

Our offer for you:

With regard to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we offer the following annual gross remuneration (All-In) as a basis for negotiations for this position: EUR 71.000,–

We also offer a market-standard overpayment depending on relevant work experience and qualifications.
