As a chef, you are a central pillar of our culinary offering. You prepare high-quality dishes with fresh, regional ingredients and play a key role in offering our guests unforgettable culinary experiences. Together with the kitchen team, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen and pay attention to the highest quality and hygiene standards.
Job requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Experience in the catering or hotel industry desirable
- Passion for fresh ingredients and creative dishes
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and reliability
- Good knowledge of German or English
Areas of responsibility
- Preparation of food for breakfast and half-board menus
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
- Support with goods inspection
- Active cooperation with the kitchen team and other departments
Wage | salary
We offer you a very attractive salary above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, depending on your qualifications and experience.
Working hours
Your working hours will be flexible by arrangement. We offer you flexible full-time working hours. Regular working hours are 40 hours per week. Shift work (early and late shifts or part-time work) and weekend work can be part of the work schedule by arrangement.
