Einleitung

The Opportunity

With a strong customer base in Germany and fully financed through operational cash flow and raised capital, we are gearing up for the next phase of our expansion in the DACH and EU regions – and we want you on board. We’re looking for results-driven Account Executives (m/f/d) to take ownership of new customer acquisition and driving their growth. You’ll own the full sales cycle – from first contact to post-close expansion, working together with customer success to form lasting customer relationships.

Aufgaben

What You Will Do

  • End-to-end sales activities: generate, qualify, demo, negotiate, close, renew and expand enterprise and mid-market business in the DACH region (and beyond).
  • End-to-end sales ownership: you are responsible not only for acquiring new customers (“accounts”), but also for managing and expanding business within these accounts. This means that you own all sales activities related to the accounts you have acquired, which are typically companies.
  • Discovery and demo sessions: deliver high-impact value to strategic decision-makers, demonstrate ROI and identify opportunities for ongoing value creation and customer growth.
  • Channel development: design, test and scale inbound, outbound and partner playbooks.
  • Pipeline & forecasting: maintain CRM hygiene and report on KPIs.
  • Feedback loop: maintain close collaboration with Customer Success and a feedback loop with Product Management – sharing signals and leveraging learnings to strengthen mutual growth.
  • Sales team enablement: share best practices and help build a high-performance sales organization, shaping our go-to-market. Take the opportunity to help scale the team while taking greater responsibility over time.

Qualifikation

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience: 3+ years of B2B software sales experience with a track record of acquiring new customers and driving growth within the accounts you’ve won, managing end-to-end sales cycles, combined with strong KPI discipline and rigorous CRM management.
  • Communication: fluent in German and English; proficient at technical storytelling for nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Mindset: startup grit and entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing and evolving environment.
  • Domains: affinity for AI (especially autonomous AI systems), product management (or related disciplines) and ability to translate product management challenges and workflows into compelling value propositions.
  • Bonus: (Sales) Product Management experience and/or network, experience in future-proof industries such as Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial Tech or Smart Systems. A bachelor’s or master’s degree or vocational training in a relevant field is a plus, but not mandatory. Additional European language skills are welcome.
