Join us as an Engineering Manager - Datacenter (f/m/d) and take ownership of mission-critical infrastructure components. You’ll build and lead a team of talented engineers, drive technical innovation, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of system engineers responsible for Linux Server Infrastructure & Automation.
- Build and manage Linux servers (mostly Debian), ensuring performance and reliability on bare-metal and VM platforms.
- Drive automation and configuration management using tools and languages like Ansible, Puppet, Python, or Bash.
- Use modern monitoring frameworks like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Contribute to recruiting and foster a strong team culture and professional development.

Your profile
Do you combine deep technical expertise with a passion for leadership? Are you confident in managing complex infrastructure and enabling others to grow? Do you enjoy solving problems hands-on while shaping team dynamics and technical strategy?
Then we’d love to hear from you! To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience and a proven track record of leading IT infrastructure teams.
- Strong experience in Linux system administration and complex infrastructure operations.
- Proficiency in configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, SaltStack) and scripting languages like Python or similar.
- Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, PXE, and proxy systems.
- Hands-on leadership style with experience in recruiting and developing engineering teams.
