You will be the driving force behind our partnership strategy, taking full ownership of building and scaling key integrations within the Domains Product Unit. Your mission is to transform our partnerships into a significant growth channel for IONOS and our partners. Working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams, you will innovate on our integration capabilities, unlock new revenue streams, and deliver exceptional value to both partners and customers.
We're seeking a skilled Product Manager in our Domains Product Unit to own and drive the strategy for our deep partner integrations. As a key member of our team, you will be dedicated to this critical cooperation, ensuring the delivery of: seamless partner integrations; high-quality support for partners and their customers; improved commercial performance, as well as identifying new integration opportunities.

Tasks
- Streamline processes and enhance tooling and technology to improve the efficiency and experience for current and future partners.
- Define and implement strategies to drive new iterations and use cases with partners, meeting and growing customer acquisition targets.
- Grow the value of customers acquired through the partner integration channel via improved lifecycle management.
- Deliver high-quality support and swift issue resolution for partners as well as their end customers; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct deep dives into data on partner and customer behavior to inform the product roadmap and identify new opportunities.
- Monitor and report on multiple metrics including commercial performance, support quality, customer lifecyle KPIs.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management with a focus on partnerships and technical integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German, with a proven ability to manage external partner relationships.
- You're a team player with strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills.
Location: Regensburg or Karlsruhe
