Your tasks as a Project Manager at Innoface AG are varied and crucial to the success of our company.

• As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing our customer projects for the integration of Innoface interfaces.
• You will act as the first point of contact for the customer and all others involved in the project.
• As a communication talent, you will ensure transparent and effective communication within the project team and with customers and stakeholders.
• You will be responsible for the time and budget planning of your projects as well as the calculation of project expenses for the submission of offers.
• Monitoring and ensuring the milestones agreed as part of the project are a matter of course for you.
• You are adept at dealing with changes and integrating them into the project plan.
• You will be responsible for planning your projects, including the use of resources in the internal system, preparing project invoicing and subsequent project controlling.

• You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable technical or scientific discipline.
• You have already gained professional experience in managing customer projects, ideally in an IT environment.
• Initial experience in using project management tools is an advantage; you will learn all the necessary technical skills together with and from our team colleagues.
• You have a talent for organization, are a strong communicator with customers and have impressive conflict management skills.
• Independent and structured way of working as well as team player and assertiveness.
• Business fluent in German and English; further language skills are an advantage.
