Your tasks

• Architecture and design. Develop and implement the architecture of our products using Java.
  
• Feature planning. Independently shape the technical direction of our products through careful planning and specification of features.
• Mentoring. Support the professional development of young colleagues through regular feedback and technical coaching.
• Quality assurance. Identify technical challenges and implement solutions to continuously improve code quality.
• Innovation leadership. Drive the introduction of new technologies and methods to optimize our development processes.

Your profile

• Educational background. Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification.
• Experience. At least 3 years in backend development, ideally with comprehensive project responsibility.
• Technology expertise. In-depth knowledge of Java, databases, CI/CD, experience with service-oriented architectures and Linux.
• Desirable skills. TypeScript¸ React, modern JavaScript frameworks, cloud services (AWS preferred), Quarkus.
• Communication skills. Effective transfer of knowledge and ability to act as a mentor.
• L anguage skills. Very good English; knowledge of German is a plus.
