(Senior) DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

• Design and further development of a modern IT infrastructure according to DevOps and GitOps principles
• Development, operation, and optimization of platforms for continuous integration and delivery (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, JFrog Platform)
• Infrastructure management and automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps using ArgoCD, Crossplane, Terraform, and Ansible
• Setting up and operating GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Crossplane for deployment automation
• Design, operation, and further development of secure solutions for managing access credentials and certificates. Development and implementation of security policies and concepts throughout the entire deployment lifecycle.
• Setup and integration of monitoring systems (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, CheckMK)
• Operation and management of containers with Docker/Podman and Kubernetes – especially resource-saving lightweight distributions such as K3s

• You have completed IT training, a degree in STEM or a comparable qualification
• You have experience as a DevOps or Software Engineer (m/f/d), can analyze customer requirements, and develop customized DevOps strategies in a team
• Your working style is independent and results-oriented
• You enjoy team and project work in an agile environment, as well as occasionally moderating workshops, such as training on CI/CD workflows (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) or the introduction of developer self-services
• Fluent written and spoken German (C1) and good English skills are an advantage
