Join us as a Team Lead Network Engineering (f/m/d) and take ownership of our datacenter network architecture. You’ll build and lead a team of skilled engineers, collaborate across departments, and drive innovation through automation and modern technologies.

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Network Engineering team.
• Take technical ownership of the design, implementation, and operation of highly available datacenter LAN networks.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop innovative high-performance network architectures.
• Promote automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Python.
• Ensure operational stability through the organization of on-call rotations (24/7).

Then we’d love to hear from you! To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Several years of experience in network architecture and operations within datacenter environments.
• Proven leadership background in IT, ideally in network engineering roles.
• Extensive technical expertise in BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, VRF, and tunneling/overlay technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Arista hardware, combined with strong Linux networking skills.
• Enthusiasm for automation and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus), fluency in English, and a collaborative, agile mindset.
