Our partner is a technology-driven engineering company specializing in automated and robotic systems for highly regulated industries. The organization develops complex technical solutions for production environments where quality, compliance, and process reliability are critical. Documentation plays a central role in ensuring regulatory conformity and customer approval. Cross-functional collaboration and high technical standards characterize the working environment.

Verantwortung:

• Creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of technical documentation, including operating manuals and associated documents

• Preparation of complex technical content for pharmaceutical systems in compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, GAMP 5)

• Maintenance of internal terminology databases in German and English and coordination of translation processes with external service providers

• Close collaboration with internal departments such as project management, mechanical and electrical design, PLC programming, and production

• Central point of contact for customers regarding documentation and system certification topics

Qualifikationen:

• Degree in technical writing or comparable qualification, including certificate programs, with initial professional experience

• Experience in translation and terminology management and basic knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., MDR, ISO 9001, ISO 17100)

• Fluent business-level German and English skills

• Strong technical affinity for automation, robotics, or advanced production systems

• Team-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused working style
