Position Description

As a Working Student in the Customer Project Management team, you will support our Project Leads in the evaluation, design and implementation of automated test cases for our SDK on various Infotainment systems. You will support our Project Leads in testing of Cinemo products on the customer system.

This role is fully onsite, and the selected candidate will be expected to work from our Karlsruhe Office during the working hours.

In this role, you will:

• Assess and implement automation techniques for our SDK test tools on Android and Linux-based Infotainment systems.
• Collaborate with Project Leads to define and select test cases for automation across various customer-specific Infotainment systems.
• Continuously enhance and expand existing test frameworks for Linux, develop new test cases, and scale them to additional Infotainment platforms.
• Design and set up a new test framework for Android systems.
• Conduct tests, analyze issues, and report technical findings in English.

What you will need to succeed:

• Enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Motivation, proactiveness and ability to work under minimal supervision
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in English
• Experience or interest in Linux and Android, Test Automation and/or programming in Python and/or C++
• Experience or interest in working with hardware systems
