Your Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Understand client needs to deliver tailored solutions

Your Profile

• Fluent in Hebrew (written and spoken) and proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
• Basic technical knowledge with a keen interest in troubleshooting
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable to new systems and processes
• Eligible to work in the EU
