Job description
- You will carry out the disassembly, troubleshooting, repair and reassembly of diesel engines and power units of various series
- You will work on the production of new power units and carry out maintenance and maintenance and overhaul work
- You will be responsible for the professional disassembly and reassembly of engines
- You will also be responsible for the reconditioning of unit components such as generators or air conditioning systems
- You will carry out performance and functional tests on test benches and carefully document your results
Requirements
- You have completed training as an agricultural machinery mechanic (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), mechanic (m/f/d) or commercial vehicle mechanic (m/f/d)
- You have professional experience in the automotive industry, in the manufacturing industry or in the metalworking industry
- You are confident working with technical drawings and parts lists
- You have a valid forklift licence and ideally a crane licence
- In addition, you have a good command of English, German and valid working papers
- You are prepared to work in a 3-shift system and approach tasks with a high level of personal responsibility and structure
- Your analytical mindset rounds off your profile
