documenta und Museum Fridericianum gGmbH is a non-profit organization supported and financed by the City of Kassel and the State of Hesse as shareholders. The non-profit GmbH is responsible for the documenta exhibition, which takes place every five years, the Fridericianum, the documenta archiv and the documenta Halle.
Your tasks:
Support in providing legal advice to documenta and Museum Fridericianum gGmbH
Preparation and review of contracts and contractual documents as well as active support in contract negotiations
New development and optimization of standard contracts
Supporting the specialist departments in procurement processes
Independent correspondence with external lawyers and law firms
Independent completion of general organizational tasks
Your profile:
Relevant legal knowledge, e.g. due to a first or second state examination in law, a degree in commercial law (LL.B or LL.M) or a comparable legal qualification
Ideally experience in the legal fields of contract law, intellectual property, public procurement law
Professional and project experience desirable
English language skills (written and spoken), at least B2 according to CEFR
Analytical thinking paired with initiative and interest in interdisciplinary work
Good linguistic expression and presentation skills
Confident demeanor, enjoy contact and cooperation
