In our team "Consultancy & Projects", we combine in-depth consulting and project management expertise in business process automation with many years of experience in the application fields of supply chain / logistics, finance, governance, and administration.

YOUR FUTURE WORK ENVIRONMENT

Project Lifecycle Management – Throughout the entire lifecycle of a project, you are the link across all project activities – internally to our specialist teams and externally to our customers and, if necessary, external service providers.

Team Leadership – Using project plans, templates, face-to-face meetings, etc., you lead the team to shared project successes – from use cases to multi-process initiatives.

Direct Customer Contact – You advise our customers and are the first point of contact in all matters on their path to the digital future – from the current project status to the digital roadmap.

Business Development – You take responsibility for the further development of methods and processes and are the voice of the customer on innovation needs of our software solutions – from usability to technical functionalities.

YOUR PROFILE

Qualification: You have successfully completed your studies in economics, business informatics or a comparable course of study. Alternatively, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship in an industrial or IT environment and have acquired equivalent knowledge and skills through further training measures.

Experience: You have several years of professional experience as a consultant as well as a leader of process optimization and automation projects. You are familiar with the analysis and optimization of business processes, including profound requirements management. Experience with logistics processes would be desirable but is not a prerequisite.

Way of Working and Personality: In addition to a high affinity for IT, you are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working, an elevated level of customer orientation and effective communication skills. You have the ability to understand complex interrelationships holistically and to present them in an addressee-oriented manner. You are known and highly regarded for your "hands-on” mentality.
