Your Tasks:

Would you like to contribute your commercial expertise in an international environment and become part of an innovative team? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

• Creation, processing, and monitoring of orders, quotations, contracts, and complaints

• Support for our international sales partners in countries without a local sales organization

• Monitoring delivery times, adherence to deadlines, and shipping processes, as well as handling returns and restocking

• Assistance to the field sales team with market reports, customer meetings, and internal meetings, e.g., through basket analyses

• Taking over possible substitutions for other clerks or special tasks assigned by the team leader

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in the export sector

• At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a technical environment

• Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Structured, team-oriented, and independent working style
