Your Tasks

Ready to shape the future of digital engineering? Join us as a Strategic Project Manager and lead the transformation of global project workflows through cutting-edge platform integration and cross-functional collaboration.

• Define and implement a global digitalization strategy for project engineering based on historical data

• Translate business and technical requirements into platform features and scalable workflows

• Lead the full project lifecycle—from concept development to global rollout

• Drive the development of a digital platform integrated with SAP, CRM, PLM (incl. PDM), and CAD/CAM systems

• Ensure seamless data flows and synchronization between engineering systems and the digital platform

Your Profile

• Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in Mechanical Engineering, Digitalization, or a related field

• Proven track record in digital transformation, project engineering, and cross-functional leadership

• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial applications, and digital platforms

• Hands-on experience with PLM/PDM, CAD/CAM, and BOM governance across systems

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
