As Regional Marketing Manager Savoury & Snacks Europe with Givaudan, you will be part of the Regional Innovation Marketing team in Europe and report directly to the Marketing & CSI Director Europe. In this exciting role , you will be mainly responsible for defining and driving the Savoury & Snacks growth strategy, priorities , and action plans for Europe. You will be partnering with our global and local teams, sales , and technical teams to provide marketing expertise internally and externally.
This role is based in Kemptthal (Switzerland) .

You will:
- Define and drive the European Savoury and Snacks segment strategy and value proposition by providing a perspective on regional landscape and insights , includingmarket dynamics, competitive landscape, trends, consumer insights , and customer needs.
- Plan and roll out European Innovation Roadmaps and initiatives , through cross-regional marketing programmes, B2B marketing campaigns and activation , bringing breakthrough product ideas to life.
- Collaborate with global , regional and local teams on breakthrough commercialization opportunities; while you are collecting relevant market needs and feeding them into the regional and global organization you are also ensuring that our products, technologies , and concepts are relevant for the markets, fully understood by our local teams and well known by our customers
- Coach and mentor a junior marketing specialist and interns, fostering a culture of growth, ownership, and creativity.
- Champion the segment internally to increase visibility, collaboration, and excellence within Givaudan's European marketing community.
- Engage with key customers, co-create impactful food experiences, and support their success across multiple channels.
You have:
- University Degree in Business/Marketing or related fields
- 10 + years of B2B and/or B2C marketing experience - i deally in food, beverage, or adjacent categories
- Track record of building strategy, launching innovations, and activating marketing in a complex matrix
- Strong grasp of the European food & beverage landscape, including Foodservice and Private Label
- Customer focus, strategic thinking , and great analytical skills
- Experienced in managing and developing junior talent
- Experience working with diverse cultures and multidisciplinary specialists
- Is creative in approach, originates ideas and can sell ideas internally
- Business fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
