Senior Business Analyst - Your future role?
As Senior Business Analyst, you will support the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis Taste & Wellbeing by delivering insightful reporting, robust analysis, and strong business partnering. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and strategic value of financial insights that guide divisional performance.
Your main responsibilities:
Reporting & Analysis

Prepare the monthly business reporting package including sales, margins, headcount, and financial performance.
Analyse P&L variances, identify underlaying business drivers, and develop clear management commentary.
Compile and maintain data models and reports to track performance against targets.
Contribute to the development of forecasting tools and dashboards to support decision-making.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support divisional leadership in clarifying the division's financial and non-financial performance.
Controlling Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Support continous improvement initiatives in management reporting processes and controlling systems
Support develop and maintain KPIs and business metrics at the divisional and regional levels.
Collaborate with regional Finance teams to ensure data consistency, transparency and accuracy.
Identify deviations, trends, and risks and contribute to proposals for corrective actions.
Contribute to the advancement of digital reporting tools and automation plans within the FP&A team
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with Finance teams (Corporate, Divisional, Regional, GBS) and business partners to ensure aligned and reliable reporting.
Maintain effective communication on deliverables, clarifications, and process updates.
Support management presentations and internal reviews with and clear analysis.
You have:
Master’s degree in Economics, Business or a technical / mathematical degree ;
Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial analysis or business analysis role within a global or international environment
Experience in project management
Strong experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Query design, Business Objects Analysis (BOA), Tableau,Databases or similar BI Tools)
Advanced MS Excel (including macros) and Power Point (Think-cell) and solid SAP knowledge
Ability to work under tight deadlines and external pressure
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry including process design is an advantage
