Das Theater Kiel sucht zum sofortigen Einstieg Maskenbildner*innen (m/w/d) für das Musiktheater – in Vollzeit (39 Std.) oder Teilzeit (ab 25 Std.).

Wir sprechen auch Berufsanfängerinnen und Wiedereinsteigerinnen an. Bei uns erwarten Sie planbare Dienste, teamorientierte Einsatzplanung und ein kreatives, unterstützendes Umfeld mit flachen Hierarchien.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Maskenbildnerische Betreuung von Proben und Vorstellungen
• Anfertigung und Pflege von Perücken, Haarteilen und Bärten
• Umsetzung kreativer Masken- und Stylingkonzepte
• Zusammenarbeit mit künstlerischen und technischen Teams
• Wir arbeiten in einem rotierenden System, sodass jede*r regelmäßig Statisterie, Chor, Solisten und Ballett betreut

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maskenbildner*in
• Freude an Theater, Teamarbeit & kreativen Prozessen
• Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft, zu theaterüblichen Zeiten (abends & an Wochenenden) zu arbeiten – Dienste werden im Team abgestimmt und sind planbar

Make-up Artist (m/f/d) for musical theatre

Full-time or part-time | also for career starters

Theater Kiel is looking for make-up artists (m/f/d) for musical theatre to start immediately – full-time (39 hours) or part-time (25 hours or more).

We also welcome career starters and those returning to work. We offer predictable shifts, team-oriented scheduling, and a creative, supportive environment with flat hierarchies.

Your tasks:

• Makeup support for rehearsals and performances
• Production and maintenance of wigs, hairpieces, and beards
• Implementation of creative makeup and styling concepts
• Collaboration with artistic and technical teams
• We work in a rotating system, so that everyone regularly supports extras, choir, soloists, and ballet

Your profile

• Completed training as a makeup artist
• Enjoyment of theater, teamwork, and creative processes
• Reliable and independent way of working
• Willingness to work during normal theatre hours (evenings and weekends) – shifts are coordinated within the team and can be planned
• Advanced knowledge of English and German is required.
