• Technical management of employees within the protection department
• Technical team leadership for project work on various high-priority topics (e.g. LYNX / KF51 / BPz / PiPZ / Boxer / Caracal)
• Project management through control of resource utilisation within projects
• Completion of project-specific tasks and estimation of AP for project processing
• Processing and resource utilisation planning for new research and development topics

This position can be filled at the Kassel, Kiel or Unterlüß locations.

• Successfully completed degree in materials science, mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology or similar
• Several years of professional experience in a technical environment, e.g. plant engineering or special machine construction, ideally in the automotive and/or defence industry
• Experience in team management is an advantage
• Experience in project work in the field of materials science
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Organisational skills in all areas and strong conflict resolution skills
• Willingness to travel on business
