As part of a team responsible for core IT operations, the role focuses on the day-to-day running of critical application systems. The position ensures service continuity, operational reliability, and the proper functioning of technical flows between applications and databases.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure the smooth execution of daily and periodic IT processing activities
• Monitor, start, stop, and control batch jobs, processes, and queues
• Participate in operational end-of-day / end-of-cycle activities
• Maintain production and testing environments
• Perform application deployments and production releases
• Monitor scheduled jobs and investigate technical incidents
• Implement automation solutions to improve recurring operational tasks
• Handle incidents and service requests coming from IT support teams
• Perform first-level technical analysis and escalate when required
• Document incidents, interventions, and operational procedures
• Produce operational KPIs and reports for IT management
• Apply operational procedures and meet defined resolution timelines

Technical Environment & Required Skills :

• Strong knowledge of Linux / Unix environments
• Proficiency in shell scripting
• Experience with transactional banking systems (core banking-type platforms)
• Knowledge of industrial scheduling / workload automation tools
• Familiarity with application middleware and relational databases
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills
• Ability to write clear technical and operational documentation
