Tasks
What you'll do
- Translate business strategy into actionable logistics processes and support their global implementation to drive operational excellence
- Define, implement, and continuously improve intralogistics and warehousing processes across global operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Optimize supply chain activities, including Warehouse Management, by integrating business, IT, and technology for seamless operations
- Lead the rollout of standardized warehouse processes (incoming, intralogistics, outbound) aligned with SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM
- Select and implement advanced technology solutions to enhance efficiency, automation, and sustainability in logistics operations
Requirements
Who you are
- Hold a business-oriented degree (e.g., Economics, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent relevant experience in supply chain management or warehousing
- Demonstrate expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP IM, and/or SAP EWM, with a strong understanding of best practices in logistics
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration
- Bring a proven track record in leading large-scale Fit-to-Standard and Greenfield projects in intralogistics and warehousing
- Fluent in English and German, with a willingness to travel occasionally to regional sites to support global initiatives
