Your profile:

• Commercial training (office/industrial/wholesale clerk (m/f/d) or similar) and experience in order processing
• Confident handling of MS Office and an ERP system
• Good knowledge of English
• Technical understanding
• Team spirit and motivation

Your tasks:

• Customer service and sales support
• Quotation preparation and price research
• Order processing from entry to follow-up
• Complaints processing
• Co-operation with suppliers worldwide
