We are looking for a creative, motivated and reliable personality who enjoys designing, works quickly, and transforms our technical products into clear, compelling content for our customers (mountain lift operators and destinations). Your main responsibility will be the development and production of all visual and content-related foundations required by the sales team to present itself professionally.

• Implementation of impactful communication measures to further strengthen the Alturos brand
• Active participation in the strategic development of our communication strategy
• Ensuring a consistent and brand-compliant presence (CI/CD) across all channels
• Translating technical content into clear, strong, and target-group-oriented B2B messages
• Creation of case studies and success stories for continuous engagement with our target markets and lead generation
• Creation of high-quality B2B sales materials (sales presentations in Keynote/PowerPoint, one-pagers, success stories)
• Maintenance, updating, and design of our website
• Preparation of graphics and texts for marketing automation tools (e.g. Braze)
• Distribution of all created content via digital channels such as social media, LinkedIn, and newsletters
• Conceptualisation and implementation of sponsoring campaigns for Skiline
• Planning and organisation of photo and video productions in mountain and ski regions

• High level of motivation, creativity, and a hands-on mentality
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote, and PowerPoint
• Experience with CMS systems (WordPress/headless CMS systems) is an advantage
• Initial knowledge of Braze or Odoo is helpful
• Affinity for travel and mountain sports
• Very good German and English skills
• Agile and independent working style
