Specialized company in the field of civil engineering, concrete construction, electrical and telecommunications engineering is looking for a new member to strengthen its team for the location Poggersdorf.
Activities
- Preparation of offers, orders and subsequent calculations for construction projects in building and civil engineering
- Analysis of tender documents and technical evaluation of projects
- Determination of masses and quantity structures based on construction plans and specifications
- Pricing and maintenance of construction services and materials
- Preparation of service lists and calculation documents
- Coordination and collaboration with project managers, construction managers and other departments
Requirements
- completed technical training
- Professional experience in a similar position is desirable
- Experience in using tendering platforms and calculation software
- Strong analytical thinking and a careful, detail-oriented approach
- excellent mathematical skills and understanding of economic relationships
- Teamwork skills and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience in project management is desirable
- Good written and spoken German skills, knowledge of English is an advantage
