THE TASK

• Operational sales on large and/or landmark projects
• Management of the international sales team for projects at HESS TIMBER
• Development and implementation of the global sales strategies of HESS TIMBER in alignment with the HASSLACHER group’s ones
• Collaboration with sales teams of the HASSLACHER group
• Defining sales targets aligned with the set growth targets and analyzing sales performance
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers and partners
• Analyzing market trends and competitive activities to identify business opportunities
• Close cooperation with cost estimation, project management, R&D and marketing department

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in a senior sales position in project business- preferably in timber construction or a comparable industry
• Education in civil/timber engineering or international sales
• Leadership skills and experience in building and leading international sales teams
• Fluency in German and English; other foreign languages are advantageous
• Willingness to travel - also internationally
