The Excelitas facility in Kleinostheim, Germany has key positions in Research & Development, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and other administrative functions. This facility specializes in the production of infrared emitters for industrial process technology, particularly for heat treatment and drying in a wide range of industries such as automotive, coating, plastics, textiles, food, printing, and glass. Additionally, this site houses a modern application competence center that conducts practical tests with customer materials and laboratory simulations of specific processes to determine the optimal process solution.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting the sales team with technical inquiries regarding our products
• Processing sample requests and coordinating with production to ensure fast delivery times
• Assisting in the implementation of products into a digital sales platform
• Supporting the development of tools to optimize work processes within the team

Your Profile:

• Currently enrolled in an engineering, physics, or a comparable degree program (proof of enrollment required)
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Relevant internships or initial experience in a technical field are a plus
