Your Profile:

• Outstanding academic credentials, demonstrated by aMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related discipline, attained with a proven track record ofacademic excellence.
• Extensive international leadership experiencein drivingbusiness transformation, ideally within thesoftware, technology, or healthcare sectors, with a demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex change initiatives.
• Expert-level knowledge in process design, business re-engineering, and orchestration oflarge-scale SAP S/4HANA, CX Suite, or comparable ERP programsacross multi-national environments.
• Proven capability to build and lead high-performing, diverse and multicultural teams, adeptly navigating complexstakeholder landscapesand fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
