Your Contribution:
- Global Standards: Shape and implementunified global business standards, policies, and best practices fully aligned withCGM’s strategic objectives.
- SAP Transformation: Takeend-to-end responsibilityfor theSAP CX Suite transformation, ensuring optimalintegration,data quality, andprocess automation.
- Process Excellence:Design and continuously improve best-in-class processesin areas such asFinance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience, generatingmeasurable business value.
- Change Leadership:Lead global change initiatives, securestakeholder buy-in, and embed new ways of working across the organization.
- Performance Ownership:Define KPIs, managebudgets and external partners, and establish a framework forcontinuous improvement.
Your Profile:
- Outstanding academic credentials, demonstrated by aMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related discipline, attained with a proven track record ofacademic excellence.
- Extensive international leadership experiencein drivingbusiness transformation, ideally within thesoftware, technology, or healthcare sectors, with a demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex change initiatives.
- Expert-level knowledge in process design, business re-engineering, and orchestration oflarge-scale SAP S/4HANA, CX Suite, or comparable ERP programsacross multi-national environments.
- Proven capability to build and lead high-performing, diverse and multicultural teams, adeptly navigating complexstakeholder landscapesand fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Exceptional strategic acumen and execution skills, enabling you totranslate visionary objectives into actionable initiativesand consistently delivertangible, measurable results.
