Your impact:
- You own the end-to-end Operational Excellence and transformation roadmap, translating organizational needs into scalable, measurable, and sustainable processes.
- You design, steer, and orchestrate complex transformation initiatives across multiple business units, acting as a trusted sparring partner to VP-level and senior leadership.
- You lead a small, highly accomplished core team (approx. 2 FTE) andhold functional leadership over Agile Masters across the organization, ensuring alignment, consistency, and measurable impact of transformation initiatives.
- You enable the organization to sustainably embed change by providing clear direction, standards, and governance for Agile and transformation practices.
- You leverage your engineering and process expertise to deliver tangible improvements in efficiency, quality, and time-to-market.
- As a visible change agent, you actively shape culture, structures, and ways of working toward modern, data-driven operational excellence.
Your profile:
- Extensive experience in Operational Excellence, transformation, or organizational development, including proven leadership experience (ideally leading small, high-performing teams and working closely with VP- and C-level stakeholders).
- Demonstrated ability tolead through influence and functional authority, including the coordination and enablement of Agile roles or transformation functions at scale.
- Outstanding academic background with a completed university degree and excellent grades, preferably in engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable discipline.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end processes and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile / Scaled Agile; hands-on experience with KPI and OKR frameworks is highly desirable.
- You communicate confidently in excellent English in international and senior stakeholder environments; very good German skills are a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, high level of personal impact, clear and persuasive communication, and genuine passion for guiding people through change.
