As a strategically positioned Global Head of Center of Excellence (CoE) and Projects (m/f/d) you will assume a pivotal role in the design and execution of impactful international programs and initiatives in the areas of leadership development, talent management, learning, skills and performance management, as well as other key CoE-related domains.
Your Contribution
Global HR Initiatives: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of forward-looking, global HR solutions – with a focus on culture & mindset, leadership development, performance and potential management, and employee engagement – fully aligned with CGM’s strategic objectives.
O rganizational & People Development: Drive the implementation of an integrated global development approach encompassing structured onboarding, innovative leadership development programs, and learning strategies. Provide functional coordination with Senior HR Business Partners to ensure cohesive and effective talent development across the organization.
Technology & Systems: Oversee the strategic and operational management of the Workday HR management system, ensuring continuous enhancement to promote efficiency, automation, and process excellence.
C ompensation & Benefits: Design and implement globally competitive, transparent compensation and grading frameworks aimed at employee retention, talent advancement, and external market competitiveness. Safeguard a fair, sustainable, and performance-driven total rewards strategy.
S takeholder Collaboration: Maintain close and trusted partnerships with executive leadership, senior management, and global HR teams to ensure all HR initiatives are fully aligned with CGM’s overarching business goals.
R esource Management & Impact Measurement: Assume responsibility for budget and performance management, establish robust performance monitoring frameworks, manage external partners, and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs), driving ongoing optimization and effectiveness.
Your Profile:
A degree from a recognized university, ideally with a concentration in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Extensive, proven leadership experience in a strategic HR role within a global, matrixed organization – preferably in the software or technology sector.
Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and scaling global HR strategies that deliver lasting transformation and directly impact both organizational and talent development.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proven ability to inspire diverse, international teams, drive change, and execute innovative HR concepts with measurable success.
Business-fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, enabling confident communication in a fast-paced, global environment.
Strong intercultural awareness, strategic foresight, and willingness to travel internationally to support global HR transformation and cultural evolution.
